NOTHING IS PERFECT – DEAL WITH IT!
I know that we all have certain expectations of how the world around us must be, and what people must or must not do in any given situation. That is, in fact, where the idea of the word “complaining” comes from. When systems and people around us fail to meet those expectations, we let them know of their incompetence – almost immediately. I would like to believe that that is the same reason we have such an angry generation (at least that is what we project on Social media). Anger is a natural reaction that comes from inner frustrations after you do not get what you think you deserve. Whether justifiable or not, that is a story for another day. My writing today is aimed at reducing that frustration among us, not by changing the environment around us, but by adjusting our attitude and expectations. To accept that this is an imperfect world with imperfect beings. And that will not change anytime soon. Before we go further, let me answer this objection: “Are you saying that we should be con...
